for example many people smoke and its not right and they still do it. thats not good if you know it is bad then why do you do it. Another example if you think someone is fat don't say because that is rude and people are gonna feel bad. Respect others and yourself too.
choosing the right is better it will also make you feel better emotionally and you wont hurt others feelings.
