These are some very good true reasons why people should say the truth, me personally i actually try to keep a healthy mind. The reason why i try to not lie because if i lie my mind won't be healthy anymore, it's gonna be dirty like those other lies minds. I recommend for as many people to read Lewis tips, they will really help and encourage you not to lie. It's better not to lie you will feel so much better, emotionally and mentally. You will also gain many people's trust and you won't have a bad reputation as a liar. Also telling the truth will be better because you won't get into as much trouble as the liar does. Also if you lie you can get other people into problems and then they won't like you for getting them into problems. That is why it is best not to lie.
