I don’t think I'd like to be a cardiologist because like I don’t find it very interesting.

     what this means is that when you act nice it should come out from the heart not to make your self look good in front of others. Many people do it just to look good in front of others but when im nice i like to do it from my heart.
for example if i buy my friend something with out her asking me its most likely coming out from my heart but if i wait till she asks me that's not so nice. every time you have something you should offer to people. 
Pathros was a very good person he always did everything from his heart. wealth in your heart probably means to be goooood.
