 i agree with the quote because if you have your mind set on a goal you are most likely a kind person. why? because you know what you wan to do you want to be grateful in your life. in my life i want to be surrounded of people who know what they want. those people are your best choice. why? because the want the best for everyone.  i consider myself as kind person because i know what i want. i want to be a doctor or work in a salon. i also consider my self kind because i care for others. and if your kind your automatically a great person. you should pick good the with the people you want to be around with. know what you want. i know , i know what i want ;D.  '' kindness is the essence of greatness.''

if you don't get an education you cant get a carrier and you wont really be successful in your life. If you drop out of high school its going to be harder to get a job. many jobs require at least the high school diploma. so since you dropped out you cant get in too a college or get a stable job.

for example, if I graduate from high school and go to university and get a degree I can  get a better salary and job so I'm going to be pretty successful. I would like to be in the medicine carrier I don't know what yet but I want to be pretty successful.
