This quote means that if you have a great character or personality you will most likely have great morals, people should not get influenced by bad people just because they want to be part of the stupid cool kids. People should really be themselves, they should find their inner beauty. We should also find the world inner beauty, we should try to make our world a better place for our own good and the world's good too. Our world is a great place as it is but we can make it better, also all the negative people in our nation should turn all that negativity into positivity that would be great for others and for themselves too.

Challenges teens face today

Their so many challenges they face, 1 is now cyberbully teens often get cyberbullied another one is sex nowadays teens are starting to have sexual relationships younger and younger. Another thing is drugs and alcohol it is getting easier for teens to reach those things. Grades are also challenges for teens  because sometimes it may be hard to maintain a good grade. Also divorce is more common now and the divorce of parents does affect teens because that's the time where they most need their parents to encourage them. Also violence is very common right now, nowadays teens want to fight for every little thing. Also teens worry too much about what others think of them and they shouldn't care what people think, they should just worry about themselves.

I agree with this quote 100 percent because if you win b cheating you won't really feel so happy you will feel guilt because you know that you don't deserve whatever you won. You'll be mo0re happy if you lose because you won't be guilty because you didn't cheat, also you'll be happy because you know you tried your best and you should be proud of yourself. That's why i never cheat in anything because my pride is more than that. People should not cheat because after awhile they have that win they are gonna regret and would have wanted the person who earned it to get that win. Sometimes it may be tempting to cheat because to others it's gonna seem like you did it honorably and they are gonna want to look up to you but no it's better if you lose but you lost with honor.

E.coli Outbreak  prompts massive general mills flour recall

Federal and state health officials are investigating the breakout. E. coli has caused about 38 cases throughout the 20 states. General mills announced that more than 10 million pounds of flour may be linked to the breakout.  About have of the individuals had made home made food with flour. The illness started to occur during December 21 to May 3. They examined the flower and did not find it contaminated with E. coli , they said it might could have been because some of the affected people consumed raw flour which people shouldn't do. Some symptoms to E.coli are stomach cramping, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever that can last up to 7 days. Those who are very old or very young have a higher chance to get E. coli.

These are some very good true reasons why people should say the truth, me personally i actually try to keep a healthy mind. The reason why i try to not lie because if i lie my mind won't be healthy anymore, it's gonna be dirty like those other lies minds. I recommend for as many people to read Lewis tips, they will really help and encourage you not to lie. It's better not to lie you will feel so much better, emotionally and mentally. You will also gain many people's trust and you won't have a bad reputation as a liar.  Also telling the truth will be better because you won't get into as much trouble as the liar does. Also if you lie you can get other people into problems and then they won't like you for getting them into problems. That is why it is best not to lie.
